Bicycle Card

Would you put a ribbon on this card above or below the bicycle?

I am entering this card into 2 challenges: Freshly Made Sketches and Color Throwdown.


Materials Used:
Paper: Elemental B&T, Black, Gray Wool, Blush and Colonial White cardstock
Stamps: Enjoy Life and Art Philosophy
Ink: Black Stazon, Black, Blush, Pear

  1. Love that you incorporated the colors and the photo theme as well in this great card! You asked about ribbon...how about a vertical ribbon behind the 3 sentiment rectangles? It's great just the way it is already. Thanks so much for playing along with us at Color Throwdown!

  2. I wouldn't add anything to this card - it's great how it is. The sentiments are short and to the point - they express everything that needs to be said, so I don't think you need extra's like ribbon. Thanks for joining us at Freshly Made Sketches this week!

  3. If you're worried about 'grounding' the bike image ... how about masking the bike and adding a touch of ink below to give it a floor to sit on? Just a thought, but it's a great card as it is :)
