Frosted Color Dare

This week at Color My Heart, we are challenging you to use the Frosted paper pack. I love making level 2 layouts because the My Stickease artwork is always so beautiful and complements the paper so perfectly! Plus it's super easy! I made 2 layouts using the Make It From Your Heart volumes. The first layout is volume 1, layout 5:

I only added some brads and some Glitter Gel to bling them up!

52CCT November Technique

This week at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown, we are challenging you to do an acrylic block background technique. I chose to use the sketch from CAS(E) This Sketch for my card. I inked the block in Holiday Red and sprayed it with my stamp cleaner for that speckled effect. Then I just drew a border inside with a black marker.

Mini Mojo

I made a tiny card for the sketch at Mojo Monday and the inspiration photo at the Shabby Tea Room. It had a pumpkin spice theme, and we were to use pumpkins and glitter on our projects. I used a latte pun stamp set for my sentiment. I am also entering this into the Simon Says Anything Goes challenge.

I made some cards to send to Operation Write Home. I wanted to make fall-looking cards with the Color Throwdown colors, so I grabbed my Twitterpated paper pack that I bought from a friend recently. The Cross

I was inspired by this week's art from Word Art Wednesday. The verse really hits home with me right now, to be more of Christ and less of the world. I was also inspired by the colors in the photo at Inspired By. The sketch is from Sweet Sketch Wednesday.

This week's challenge at 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown is to make a fancy-fold card. Now I don't know if I've ever even attempted one before, so I had to do some googling!
