At 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown, we are having a color challenge this week. We are to use Navy, Light Blue, and White.
I chose to add some brown into the mix. I found a Christmas card sketch challenge called Christmas Challenges (with Sketches). I have not played there before, so I hope I followed all the rules. Here is my card:
Now this kind of card is not normal for me. But I always like to try new things. I put a little felt snowflake flower on there because the twist was to use felt.
I hope you'll come play with us this week at 52{C}CT!

Materials used:
Cardstock: Kraft, Colonial White, Outdoor Denim
B&Ts: Wonderland
Stamps: Christmas Delights
Ink: Tuxedo black (Memento - not CTMH)
Marker sets: Outdoor Denim, Crystal Blue, Desert Sand, Taffy
Other: Silver Glitz Glitter Gel, Icing Overlays, Antiqued Gold Mini Medleys, Neutrals Baker's Twine
This is a really lovely card - the mixture of papers really works well (and is a great way to use up some scraps too). I think the stocking on the tag is just fab!
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous card, great details.
