Safari animals

Today I decided to make a card. A lot of my friends are having babies. So the theme from Cupcake Inspirations was perfect, and it fit perfectly with the punch theme at Double Trouble. I only own a circle punch, so I used it to make some punch art of the cute little animals! I used Melon for the theme at Heart 2 Heart. And I used the sketch from Atlantic Hearts. I used the wood grain background for the Thing 3 challenge with Double Trouble and the theme at Use Your Stuff.

I thought it turned out super cute. Thanks for stopping by, and I’ll see you next time!

Materials used:

Cardstock: White Daisy, Melon, Papaya, Black

B&Ts: Backyard Bliss

Stamps: Just to Say

Ink: Intense Black

Other: 1 1/4” circle punch; hole punch, black marker, green sequins (not CTMH)

Different Embellishments

For this week’s layout I used different embellishments than I usually use. I used washi tape, circles, enamel dots, and a recycled tag for the journaling. I also used a scrap pad that I cut into 6”x6” sheets.

Different Colors!

This week on Lasting Memories, we are challenged to use a different color scheme than we normally would. As I was looking through my album, I noticed I use a lot of teal, aqua, pink, green, and some blue, yellow and orange. But I didn’t see much purple, and not a whole lot of orange. So I decided to scrap these  Halloween photos from 2020 when we were eating chili and passing out candy. I used my Scaredy Cat paper pack, which has just been sitting around for years, because it’s really not my thing. So, here is something different for me!

Materials used:

Cardstock: Black

B&Ts: Scaredy Cat

My Stickease: Scaredy cat.

Large photo

I am posting a companion layout to my small photos layout. This time I used a larger photo than I normally do, 5”x7”. I am playing in this week’s challenge at Lasting Memories.

I used the colorbök pad for this one too, as well as some embellishments that were gifted to me and laying around!
