This is the second card I made this morning. I really enjoyed making this one, and I like how it turned out. The challenges are:
Atlantic Hearts Sketch
The Shabby Tea Room - Washi Tape
The Pink Elephant - Pink
Heart 2 Heart - Shabby Chic
To me, Shabby Chic means rustic elegant, lots of layers, gentle distressing, flowers, fabric, lace, doilies, and lots of embellishments. The Ariana floral paper lent itself well to this style. I distressed my layers with scissors and Chocolate distressing ink. I used a few items that were non-CTMH, but all the paper, stamps, and ink are.
Materials used:
Cardstock: Ariana Coral, Colonial White
B&Ts: Ariana
Stamps: Card Chatter- Sympathy
Ink: Chocolate Distressing Ink
Other: White Daisy Grosgrain Ribbon
Non-CTMH: key charms, fence die (Your Next Stamp), flowers, doily (Wilton), lace washi tape
this is beautiful..thanks for sharing and joining the challenge!
