Bushel of Apples

Here's a card I made for my dad for Father's day. I used the sketch from Tuesday Morning and the colors from Colour Q. I'm also entering this into the "Ties that Bind" challenge from Heart 2 Heart and the "Father's Day" challenge at Simon Says.

I took the day yesterday to create some cards with some of the previous color dares that I missed due to homeschooling. Sorry there are so many on one post, but I don't have time to create so many posts!!!

This first card is for Merry Monday - cute kids card! I used the colors from Color Dare #184.

Color Dare #197

Hi! I know it's been a while, but man, I've got a lot going on. I needed some creativity in my life, so I took the day to just create some cards.

I've been preparing for a cross-country move which will happen within the month. We finished homeschooling on May 28, and then my mom died unexpectedly which has set me back a little. After a long trip to the funeral, we are back and I'm stressing out, but making cards has helped calm me down a little.

This one is for the current color dare over at Color My Heart. The sketch is from Atlantic Hearts. I used Confetti Wishes which had both colors - Pacifica and Canary.

Color Dare 185 with Atlantic Hearts

Hi everybody! I haven't posted in a while because life has been super crazy. I have about 10 projects I'm in the middle of (and getting nowhere on), and I feel like making a card is not high on the priority list. But I got some time and motivation to sit down and make something tonight, so here it is!

We are challenging you at Color My Heart this week to use Topiary, Sweet Leaf, Glacier, and Cotton Candy along with White Daisy on your projects. I like this combination; it's very refreshing. I used the Atlantic Hearts sketch with the Balloon Animals stamp set for my card. It is the first time I've used this set. It's so cute!
