I used Footloose paper along with the Dimensional Elements complements. I added some old Chocolate ribbon and some liquid glass for the water droplet effect.

Digi image: verse from WAW (not CTMH)
Other: Liquid Glass, Chocolate Ribbon Rounds (retired)
